The property is located in a gate controlled community. Visitors can enter by coming through the visitor gates and pushing the Red button on the entry pad before the gate. The gate will automatically open.
The closest major airport is Orlando (MCO) which is approximately 1 hour from the Villages. Tampa (TPA) and Sanford (SAN) are approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
Getting to the Villages can be accommodated by using a car service ($175-$200 each way), renting a car for the 5 days (Approx. $400), or taking an Uber/Lyft (Approx. $125 each way)
Cost Associated with the Event
The Cost of the Event is approximately $300 which includes your lodging and all food and drink at the host site. Tell us what you like to drink and we will have it on site! The Champion picks the dinner choice on Wednesday night. The tournament committee selects the remaining menu.
Air Travel and transportation costs are not included and must be paid by the participant
The players are responsible for paying for their golf each day. The cost is approximately $60 per round. Rental golf cart will be an additional charge if needed. It can be paid and and split with your playing partner on the day of the round.

The Villages Golf requires a guest pass to play on the courses. That is why we need this information.
How does the event work
The tournament consists of three 18 hole rounds. Each player will play there own ball at all times and record their score on the official card of the foursome. Points are earned as follows:
1 point for a birdie
1 point for a ball that is hooked out of bounds and recovered
1 point for low net first nine
1 point for low net second nine
1 point low net net full 18 holes
3 points for eagle
5 points for double eagle
There will a skins game for all 3 rounds. Cost is $25 per round and is not mandatory. Skins will be calculated on NET score for each hole. Payouts will be awarded at the end of each rounds
These change each year and they will be announced at the beginning of each round
